Sixth Form Entry
We welcome external applications for our Sixth Form from girls who want to study for university entrance. The entry criteria for Sixth Form candidates is a minimum of 8 GCSE passes at grades A*-C, including English and Maths, with at least B in subjects chosen for A level. We will also consider equivalent international qualifications. Some subjects, specifically sciences and Maths, require an A grade at GCSE.

|Sixth Form Open Evening||

6.30pm – 8.30pm
Visit the school, meet staff and pupils and hear about what the Sixth Form at Sydenham High has to offer.

|Submit application form||
The application fee for students new to the school is £100 (£125 for overseas students).
Candidates will be required to supply a reference from their current school, including predicted grades, and their most recent school report.
Candidates who wish to apply for a scholarship or bursary in Sixth Form must indicate this on the application form. Further details will be sent on receipt of the application form.
|Interviews||Autumn 2017||The Headteacher and the Head of Sixth Form will interview all candidates new to the school.|
|Scholarship exam||November 2017||
All students, new and current, who wish to apply for any scholarship or bursary will be required to sit a Scholarship Exam.
The scholarship exam will take place mid-late November 2017 and the date will be published here shortly.
Scholarships and bursaries will be awarded based on performance in the scholarship exam.
