Junior School entry to Reception and year 3
Our main entry point for all years is September although we will consider entry at other times if we have places.
Each year there are approximately 24 places for prospective girls in our two Reception classes at age 4 and 10 places in year 3 for girls at age 7. Applications for entry in September 2014 must be received by 18 November 2013. Occasionally there are also places in other years or midterm, all subject to an entrance assessment.

ReceptionThis is a group assessment of social and development skills by class teachers involving the girls in a variety of activities. The assessment lasts 45 minutes. Year 3This is a formal assessment lasting three hours. The assessment involves knowledge of basic numeracy facts, comprehension, story writing, reading and non verbal reasoning tests. We also request a report from the Head of your daughter's current school. |
