Throughout the week, Mrs Duffy spoke to many girls and their teachers, and it was evident how much enthusiasm and engagement that the Science home projects on Oceans have stimulated. She was overwhelmed by the sheer number of posters, dioramas, video recordings, presentations, research, and even an interview with a marine biologist.

Mrs Duffy will be posting the ‘ Save our Oceans’ posters to our Prime Minister as part of the Greenpeace initiative to make 30% of our oceans into sanctuaries. We want to make our voices heard and your pupils are very passionate about making a difference for a better and cleaner environment.

We are very much looking forward to our whole school live Science assembly on Monday when each class will present their learning on Oceans.
