Congratulations to our multi-talented girls!

Our talented students are always achieving success in many different fields – from drama and music to athletics and ballet. Congratulations so far this term go to:-

  • Ceidra Murphy Badger (year 9) and Tallulah Boote Bond (year 11) who have won places with the National Youth Theatre, against a field of 4,200 applicants
  • Ella Plumb (year 7 music scholar, tenor saxophone); Laure Denaro (year 7, drum kit); Olivia Bertie (year 8, trumpet) and Emmanuelle Chaloner (year 10, alto saxophone) who have all gained places in the  National Jazz Orchestra (London)
  • Nadia Soole Sánchez (year 7) who has made her first performance with the National Childrens’ Orchestra (under 12)
  • Rosie Cope (year 12) – soloist in Telemann’s Flute Concerto in D with the Dulwich Youth Orchestra
  • Our year 7 and year 8 athletics teams which both triumphed at recent Lewisham Athletics competitions.  The year 8 team won the Junior section by a clear 10 points.  Key performers were: Isabella Hilditch who came 1st in the long jump, Eleanor Housley who came 2nd in the 800 metres and Alexandra Housley who came 1st in the javelin.  They all go through to the all London finals.
  • Phoebe Proctor (year 9) who has passed grade 8 in ballet with merit.
  • KS4 trampoline squad of Lily Paterson (year 9), Eleanor Jeffery (year 9) and Eleanor Smith (year 11) who brought home gold from the Lewisham competition.
