The week began with a focus upon the importance of looking after mind and body. We were delighted to welcome Vanessa from Yoga Bugs to our assembly to find out how the yoga principles of stretch, strengthen, balance and relax can help us all achieve our goals at school and at home. It was wonderful see a Hall full of girls practicing deep breathing and tension relieving shoulder rolls. We have encouraged all girls to try and keep the practice going at home over the weekend.
