Today our youngest pupils enjoyed a morning of exploration in Sydenham Woods. The recent rainfall left lots of inviting puddles to splash in and mud to play with. A variety of interesting wildlife also made an appearance including worms, spiders, woodlouse and birds. The opportunities gained from regular outdoor learning cannot be underestimated and we look forward to growing our forest school provision next academic year. Thank you to the parents who came along to support and to Mr Welch for driving the minibus. Reception will be visiting the woods again later this month!
