The ‘One Voice’ collaboration project between Sydenham High and Dulwich Prep London has launched for another year, linking Year 8 pupils at both schools. This collaboration is an exciting opportunity for selected pupils to learn crucial skills, working with pupils from Dulwich Prep London to produce a TED-style talk.

During their first session last week, the teams were given training on research and presentation skills and then time to collaborate on their talks. The ideas they pitched to the staff were wide and varied and all were in response to the same stimulus ‘Breaking the stereotype’.

There will be two further collaboration opportunities in school time and the culmination of the project will be an evening event here at Sydenham High towards the end of the Spring term. Having taken part in their first session last week, we look forward to seeing the culmination of their hard work.
