We are looking to appoint an inspirational, energetic, and innovative teacher to lead our Science Department at Sydenham High School. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual who is an aspiring or current Head of Department to lead an exciting, happy and successful department.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the faculty to ensure that high standards of leadership and management are realised by the Heads of Biology, Chemistry & Physics, high standards of teaching and learning are delivered, resources are used efficiently and effectively and the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy across the faculty.
