We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to ensure the provision of an efficient and supportive HR service for all staff and applicants for vacancies.
The HR and Compliance Manager will be fully responsible for managing and delivering the on-site HR function including recruitment, performance management, retention, and talent management and employee relations. The job holder will provide an operational service to line managers on a range of HR functions. A key priority for this role will be administering and maintaining the Single Central Register.
