Year 5 and 6 Health-Related Fitness!

Year 5 & 6 have explored different ways to improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness, learning how each exercise benefits their bodies.

Year 5 & 6 Health-Related Fitness!

This half of term, our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils have been working hard in PE, focusing on health-related fitness and circuit training. They have explored different ways to improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness, learning how each exercise benefits their bodies.

To finish the unit, the pupils took on the exciting challenge of designing their own fitness circuits. Not only did they create their circuits, but they also stepped into the role of fitness instructors, leading their classmates through the exercises they had planned.

It was fantastic to see the pupils take ownership of their learning, encouraging and motivating each other while putting their new skills into practice!
