In the Drama GCSE course, pupils study the world of theatre and performance, develop their imaginative creativity, and draw on their own experiences as well as researching and understanding other cultures and backgrounds. Our aim is to create empathetic, perceptive pupils who are keen to collaborate and support one another. Our pupils are encouraged to work in a wide range of performance styles and we combine rigorous intellectual challenge with fun and engaging practical Drama. Our lessons range from physical theatre, through classical script work, to learning to design and operate technical theatre.
