We are strong believers in equipping our young women to be ready for the world and prepared for success in the workplace. Expert careers’ advice, igniting an interest in future pathways and aspirational opportunities, is hugely influential in fostering confident and motivated young people. In PSHE this week, Year 10 enjoyed a session about impressing in an interview with a guest speaker from InvestIN Education. Exploring different interview processes, they learnt about key transferable skills and how best to present themselves using the STARR (Situation-Task-Action-Result-Reflection) technique.
