As part of our High Performance Programme, our athletes at GCSE and A Level had the privilege of visiting Selhurst Park on Wednesday to attend talks from industry experts on various career pathways, apprenticeships, and university courses. The event provided invaluable insights into the intersection of sports and professional development.
Representatives from universities highlighted their support programmes designed specifically for athletes, ensuring they can maintain high performance levels while pursuing their degrees. Additionally, Arsenal Football Club’s academy media officer delivered an inspiring talk on careers in sports media, illustrating the profound impact media can have on the sports industry.
