This term, our Drama department brings you the first ever Year 10 production. It was the decision made when the Drama team assessed our Year 10 Drama students and recognised young talent; as a result, they decided to schedule an additional production. ‘This Changes Everything’ will be the first ever Year 10 production. Hear from Ms James, who is the Director:

‘When I began working with the Y10 students I was struck by their level of talent and commitment. I wanted to select an ensemble piece that would showcase their abilities and bring the group together to form a collaborative, creative company. ‘This Changes Everything’ by Joel Horwood is part of a series of new plays for young actors which put girls and their stories centre stage. The play asks questions about our society…… How do we change the world? And should we? We wanted to experiment with different ways of staging the piece and have chosen an unconventional, traverse staging, which puts the actors in the middle of the audience. This has been an exciting and challenging production to work on, and I very much appreciate all the incredible work the students have put into it.
